@realEstateTrent Do a calcium score test. Insurance doesn’t cover it so it will probably cost you $100. It tells you if you have any plaque built up in your arteries. High cholesterol isn’t necessarily bad and if your score is zero you likely don’t need statins. Talk to your physician about it.

@van00sa Get a blood screening done and find what you’re deficient in. Low Vit D is very common. I travel a lot and used to get sick all of the time. Did this and now I rarely get sick. Need high quality supplements.
