@AskeBay I already contacted PayPal — they confirmed they can’t help anymore due to the 180-day limit. The seller ignores all communication, and I’ve been left with no item and no support. I really hope eBay can step in. This doesn’t feel fair to the buyer.

Hi @AskeBay,
I ordered an item in Dec 2024 (order #20-12508-23863) and never received it. The seller (wangangroup) ignores me or sends copy-paste replies. PayPal won’t help anymore and eBay says there’s nothing they can do. I’m stuck without a product or support. Please help.
