Dactylitis observed in 12% of pts w/ SpA, 17% w/ sarcoidosis, and 5% w/ gout, but not in 96 patients w/ RA or in 2,434 patients w/ OA or collagen vascular diseases. Gouty dactylitis was found only in individuals with polyarticular disease.
