If only one test - would do HRCT chest, else with PFT. Also look at risk factors for developing Rapidly Progressive-ILD i.e. age > 50, high ferritin, LDH, and Lymphopenia. Watch for any dyspnea or cough over next few months to a 1 year post dx. Risk of RP-ILD in US 30-50% in MDA5
