1. When a child is reckless in speech, he is generally excused on age grounds.

2. When a woman utters some reckless words because her husband took a second wife, she could be given a benefit of emotional imbalance and distress.

3. When a mad man abuses everybody on the street, everybody looks away on account of his mental derailment.

4. But when one who is considered sane, utters stinky and insulting words, the least charitable person will say " it is a shame," but an aggrieved person is entitled to say " RACA"
