IIT गांधीनगर के शोधकर्ताओं का कहना है कि भविष्य में ख़ास तौर पर 2040 के बाद क्लाइमेट संबंधी खतरे sequential extremes (यानी एक के बाद एक दो मौसमो का एक्सट्रीम लेवल पर पहुँच जाना) के खतरे और बढ़ने वाले हैं।

इन सभी का कारण पर्यावरण में बदलाव यानी क्लाइमेट चेंज है

गांधीनगर आईआईटी के द्वारा किए गए अध्ययन में यह बात सामने आई है

अध्ययन में जाने मिला है कि पर्यावरण से जुड़े खतरों में बढ़ोतरी होगी

खास करके बाढ़ और सूखे का खतरा अधिक देखा जाएगा

पर्यावरण में बदलाव तेजी से देखा जा रहा है

अल नीनो- दक्षिणी दोलन
में इसका खासा असर देखा जा रहा है

अध्ययन में पाया गया है कि ग्लोबल वार्मिंग की समस्या से जनसंख्या वाले देश भारत पर इसका अधिक असर होगा

क्लाइमेट चेंज के कारण भारी बरसात के मामले बढ़ेंगे

जो बाढ़ का कारण बनेगा जिसके कारण लोगों को पलायन करना पड़ सकता है और साथ ही मृत्युआंक भी बढ़ेगी

हिटवेव अधिक दिन होगा, 3 दिन से लेकर 11 दिन तक यह 21वीं सदी में देखा जाएगा

यह सबसे कम उत्सर्जन परिदृश्य में देखा जाएगा

मुमकिन है कि यह सदी के अंत तक 33 दिनों तक बढ़ सकता

अधिक उत्सर्जन परिदृश्य में शोधकर्ता ने जलवायु शमन पर ध्यान दिया है

जो खतरे को कम करने में मदद करेगा

जो सामाजिक आर्थिक जीवन शैली के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर अभी इस अध्ययन में खतरे में पाया गया है

रिसर्च में साफ़ कहा गया है की यदि हम मैजूदा लो कार्बन निति के प्रयासों को इस प्रकार जारी रखते हुए तापमान में 1.5 डिग्री तक बढ़ोतरी के लक्ष के ससथ काम करेंगे तो भी स्थिति में कोई बदलाव नहीं आएगा ...

हमें क्लाइमेट मिटिगेशन की दिशा में और काम करना होगा साथ हो एडैप्टेशन के नए प्लान भी बनाने पड़ेंगे
