@HDFCERGOGIC This is with reference to a claim put up for reference id - RR-PA23-14018065 which your team have rejected by stating that there were some inconsistencies in the application form. My father had submitted so many documents and ultimately the claim was rejected.

@IRCTCofficial While booking my ticket, I accidentally selected the food option whereas I donot wish to have food on the train. Kindly help in refunding the extra food cost as we are Jains and would be carrying our own food for the journey and do not wish to eat the train food.
