Tesla FSD may be one of the few products with distribution built into usage.

Every FSD drive is a public demonstration in front of other drivers, pedestrians, cyclists, and potential future customers.

The problem is that people see the behavior but don't know whether it was a human driver or FSD. As a result, public perception often lags the product itself.
