It says absolutely nothing about whether an unreleased Palworld tcg can compete with the Pokémon tcg. You’re just jumping between completely different products and calling it evidence.

Nintendo takes legal action over perceived IP infringement, not because everything they target is a serious competitor. Palworld being sued over patents is not evidence that its unreleased TCG is going to rival Pokémon lmao.

The argument is that Palworld somehow has a chance at competing with Pokemon in the TCG market because they have 800k concurrent on PC? Okay, and? Pokemon GO has 5+ million daily active players. Pokemon mainline games sell 25+ million every year.

Players =/= sales. Will the TCG be successful? Yeah, likely. It won't ever reach even 1/10th of Pokemon sales though, let alone compete with them.
