WHO IS PROTECTING the leader of this Calgary and Lethbridge child trafficking ring?

Jan.2023 - ALBERTA CROWN PROSECUTOR Drops the most serious charges.

“Although initially facing seven charges, the Crown previously told court it would proceed on only three of the charges; sexual contact with a child, sexual interference and sexual assault of a person under the age of 16.”

The dropped charges were the most serious ones:

- sexual assault causing bodily harm (dropped)
- sexual assault – party to offence with another person (dropped)
- aggravated sexual assault (dropped)
- trafficking persons under 18 (dropped)

College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta drops investigation of child sex trafficking ring leader Dr.Ziyaad Noor.

There will be no College Investigation or a College Hearing Tribunal.

However, the College continues to pursue Hearings against 2 well known Alberta doctors:

- Dr.Roger Hodkinson (COVID-19 pandemic hero)
- Dr.Viliam Makis (that's me, a whistleblower)

- sexually assaulted a 7 year old boy and 2 other kids from 2017 to 2020
- currently serving a 5.5 year prison sentence
- Protected by Alberta Health Services - 28 AHS Officials gave reference letters to keep him out of jail.
- Protected by Alberta Crown Prosecutor - dropped charges (in summer of 2023) of sexually assaulting two other children
- Protected by College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta - kept a clean record of his license to this day
- Protected by British Columbia NDP government, paid him over $700,000 after he was arrested for sex crimes against children.

Part II: Dr.Fred Janke (President of Alberta College of Physicians)
- engaged in child sex trafficking of a 5 year old girl from BC for sex and to make child pornography with during 2017-2018
- Protected by @UAlberta who refused to co-operate with police
- Protected by Alberta Crown Prosecutor who dropped all charges in Nov.2020 just days prior to his trial in Edmonton (presumably to protect the child sex trafficking ring he was involved in)
- Protected by College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta who re-instated his medical license in April 2021 and allowed him to practice medicine from April 2021 until Feb.2023 when he retired, and kept a clean record of his medical license.

Part III: Dr.Ghassan Al-Naami (Edmonton Pediatrician)
- arrested for possession and distribution of child pornography of 6-11 year old girl
- Protected by College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta who re-instated his medical license in Sep 2021 and allowed him to practice pediatrics from Sep 2021 until Aug.2023 when he was convicted of two child porn charges, and kept a clean record of his medical license the entire time.

Part IV: Dr.Ziyaad Noor (Calgary doctor)
- arrested for child sexual assault and child sex trafficking of 13 & 15 year old girls in Lethbridge
- Protected by Alberta Crown Prosecutor who dropped 4 of 7 of the most serious charges including: sexual assault causing bodily harm, sexual assault – party to offence with another person, aggravated sexual assault, trafficking persons under 18.
- Protected by College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta who kept a clean record of his medical license and has not investigated him or taken him to a Hearing Tribunal.

CONCLUSION:

During 2020-2024, you were NOT allowed to practice medicine in Alberta with a clean record, AND your license was deliberately damaged and your professional reputation was destroyed by College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta @CPSA_CA if you:

- attempted to treat COVID-19 patients with Early Treatments
- provided mask exemption letters
- provided vaccine exemption letters
- opposed vaccine mandates and vaccine passports
- provided informed consent to your patients about COVID-19 vaccines
- engaged in free speech about COVID-19 pandemic response on social media
- refused to take a COVID-19 vaccine

During the same period 2020-2024 the College @CPSA_CA protected the medical licenses of:

Dr.Albert de Villiers (sexually assaulted a 7 year old boy & 2 other kids)
- kept a clean record of his license Aug.2020 - now

Dr.Fred Janke (sexually trafficked a 5 year old girl for sex & child porn)

I call on Alberta Premier Danielle Smith @ABDanielleSmith to immediately dissolve the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta and Investigate its top officials (CPSA Registrar Dr.Scott McLeod, CPSA Complaints Director Dr.Michael Caffaro and his lawyer Craig Boyer, CPSA Council Chair Stacey Strichuk @slstrilchuk, CPSA Council).

Alberta Crown Prosecutors are also protecting child sex abusers and child pornographers and some of these Prosecutors should be immediately arrested and criminally investigated and charged. No one is above the law.

If Albertans don’t stand up to this rampant child sex abuse problem that has infiltrated so many of our institutions in Alberta, our province is lost. Get off the fence and contact your MLA now.
