I have never had a worse customer service experience than with @KenyaAirways. Nobody could be bothered to help and referred me constantly to “someone else” who could help (who btw never helped)
@British_Airways it took me hours at the airport running around terminals between @KenyaAirways and BA and everyone was extremely unhelpful. This is absurd.
@KenyaAirways@British_Airways HORRENDOUS customer service. After many many phone calls (90% unhelpful or unanswered), my bag has supposedly been in Kenya for the last week and has still not been delivered. Do something.
