I decided enough was enough and went to the Spainish Vodaphone and bought a new SIM for Spain. It works perfectly and is £15 cheaper.
I sent two emails, one to ask for help. No answer. Another to ask for a refund of £25. Again no answer.

JUST IN: Singapore will relax its indoor mask mandate next Monday, easing one of its last pandemic measures. Residents will not need to mask up at most spaces except in healthcare settings and on public transport. Mask-wearing will be optional on private transport like taxis.

For the Milan area there are now few places you can get a PCR test, especially if your flight is on a Monday and it needs to be done at the weekend.
