@LttleGel @kaylamellis_ You're using a subtle shift in language to make a disingenuous argument. Raw milk is *dangerous*, not "unhealthy" - there is a very real, very easily demonstrated risk of death, let alone serious life-altering illness, from consuming it.

@chris_roche85 @Independent_ie @guardiannews @IrishTimes @irishexaminer @TheSun @irishdailystar @rtenews How disappointing. No answer to my questions on their Facebook post on the subject either. Plenty of other pubs in Dalkey to patronize - and we will.

@marxistfungi @annfarrelly32 I can't imagine what she hoped would happen if they took her name & number... call for a date? Ring her up to have a prolonged conversation about her expectation that the world be tailored exclusively to her sensibilities?

[Julia Smith @montrealjulia]

@TrishByrne I know way more "purebred" dogs with major issues (health and behavioural) than rescues - both because of their (in)breeding and because the type of person who buys a status dog is often the type of person to not train them properly and not support their needs.

@heyyitsjanea That's exactly what I was going to say!! Imagine all the lovely, patient people who've been helping him all this time. How sweet and how unexpected... So many places you can't even get people to help you do things they're actually supposed to be helping you with.

@HelloFreshCA How can I remove myself from your mailing list? I cancelled before 1st delivery, I've moved and I'm still being sent mail at my former address. New tenant doesn't love this. Tried email, got auto-reply with a broken link for your website.

@blahblahSPEAK @MsPackyetti "Talking Funny" on HBO.

[Julia Smith @montrealjulia]

@Glinner @Titz_on_Toast If someone claims drag is harmful to children, but simultaneously is actively eroding laws which protect children from gun violence, it's not whataboutery to point out that they clearly don't care about what's harmful to children and have other motives.

@alexrod1970 @Esqueer_ Indecent exposure for exposing your breasts only applies to women. If she's legally a male, exposing her breasts shouldn't be indecent exposure, under the law.

[Julia Smith @montrealjulia]

@amy_may Oh dear, I was going to take us out for ice cream [or insert other treat here] but I guess we can't go since I have to look for the passport! If only we could find it...

@JaneyGodley Electric stoves
Mock meats
Singular "they/their"
Essential workers asking for living wages
Demonstrating empathy ("virtue signaling")
Recognizing systemic injustices (slur: being woke)

@curlycomedy It was CRAZY - there was this brief silence when everybody just couldn't believe what they were seeing and then all hell broke loose.

[Julia Smith @montrealjulia]

@ThisIsYourSeine @missmayn When the egg is still inside the chicken. If it isn't fertilized, the egg is laid but does not produce a baby chicken. If it is, the egg is laid but this time the cell inside develops into a chick within the egg shell and eventually hatches.

[Julia Smith @montrealjulia]

@ThisIsYourSeine @missmayn No? Chickens lay eggs on their own, no rooster required.

[Julia Smith @montrealjulia]

@gennysherard @bananafitz That's honestly movie cliche levels of insecurity from those girls. They're obviously unable to imagine going anywhere alone because they're vacuous bimbos who need others to validate them.

[Julia Smith @montrealjulia]

@MediumSizeMeech Pep, enjoying some sunshine with her typical expression.

[Julia Smith @montrealjulia]

@skyfriend @sarajcox The FACE I just made reading this - my eyebrows didn't know where to go, and tried to go everywhere at once.

[Julia Smith @montrealjulia]

@dunlin_temminck @sarajcox If only hospitals would offer this exact meal, people might actually get some nourishment while there! What a lovely thing to do.
