@BarclaysUKHelp That’s why I wanted to speak to an advisor who he or she can manually input the card details for me and take payment but he refused point blank 😥
@BarclaysUKHelp It was a incorrect expiry date entered. However I did enter the correct one when prompted at the time. The reason I know is I can see what I was typing on my phone.
@BarclaysUKHelp Yes I did but the agent seemed not to bothered at all. Yes I do need to speak to the Barclays Partner Finance team in order to settle the loan. All they said the payment was rejected by @firstdirecthelp. However they have told me it’s caused by a incorrect expiry date being used
@BarclaysUKHelp It is Barclays Partner Finance. The agent refused to take my card details over the phone to take payment! He was incredibly rude to me. I have tried taking the payment via your IVR system and it was rejected due to an incorrect expiry date. However I did enter it all correctly!
@BarclaysUKHelp Why are your advisors so rude. All I want to do is pay off my loan for my IPhone! It’s my my fault your system rejected my debt card. I have checked with @firstdirecthelp and they confirmed there no issues with my card!
