@SkyHelpTeam So without weekends/strikes I’m potentially going to be without internet for almost two weeks. That’s absolutely ridiculous. I have a job to do and two kids with school work. We have many devices that rely on our internet. How is it acceptable to just say it’s 5 working days?

@SkyHelpTeam I have had no internet since 6.30pm last night. I reported it to sky about 8.30 after trying all the suggestions given online.
The lady I spoke to said it must be a problem with @OpenreachHelp although nothing had been reported. No report of outage in my area at all.

@SkyHelpTeam 5 working days? I was told 2 working days by two sky operators I spoke to. So basically if it’s not fixed today it’s then a weekend and a bank holiday, then an openreach strike so Thursday and the earliest but could be as long as a week on Sunday? How am I meant to do my job.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s already been reported to sky as a fault twice. They’ve said it’s outside the property and have informed openreach. I just find it unbelievable that neither sky nor openreach can tell me when the engineer will come out. Both pass back to each other.

@OpenreachHelp Thanks. As said I have already contacted them twice. The details they gave me are it’s outside the property and they’ve informed openreach. I still fail to understand why you can’t tell me or sky when the engineer will come.

@OpenreachHelp please could you confirm that an engineer will be out working in NG10 today to fix a fault I reported to sky yesterday. I cannot be without internet as I need to work and my teenagers have important school work to do.

@OpenreachHelp What does SLA mean? I’ve already spoken to sky and they have made openreach aware of the fault, that’s all they can tell me. I just find it frustrating that you can’t actually say yes or no about whether someone will be out today.

@OpenreachHelp Hi Paul I have already reported it to sky yesterday and rung them again this morning. Openreach we’re informed by sky yesterday. Just a reassurance it will be sorted today is what I would like. I have a job to do!

@OpenreachHelp still no internet NG10. Rung sky again. Fault was definitely reported to you yesterday. I need the internet for work. Please can you reassure me this will be sorted today before the bank holiday and then a strike?

@WilsthorpeSch The final two dates don’t match up. 22nd December is a Thursday and the Friday is 23rd.
Is the final day the Thursday or the Friday?

@ao 4th tweet tonight. After texting my delivery driver he said the item is back out for delivery tomorrow.
Tomorrow is no good. I won’t be in. If I wanted Sunday I would have booked Sunday.
I can’t believe how poor this service actually is and the communication with customers.

@ao 3rd tweet. Now 9.45pm on a Saturday night and my 12-5 delivery still@isn’t here. Great way to spend a Saturday night…..
I will be contacting customer service for a refund on delivery.
I get that things happen but the communication has been appalling.

@ao my 2nd tweet of the night. Apparently my delivery van broke down. They rang at 6.30 to say they were back on the road and would be with me within an hour. Still no sign at 9pm and the delivery tracker won’t update. Really really poor service.

@ao how do I get in touch with someone about a delivery I’m expecting?
It was due today 12-5 updated 3-5 then 4.20-6.20.
getting later and later now says 6.10-7.10! I had plans this evening which I have had to change.
I’ve tried the contact your driver option he’s unavailable

@jet2tweets is there any explanation as to why I’ve just had an email cancelling my holiday from East Midlands to Kos next August? I booked a good deal with a free child place, I’m guessing there’s none of these available any more?
