Moreover, the higher education structure within RGUKT is facing a serious crisis, with nearly 98% of the teaching positions occupied by contract Assistant Professors. This disproportionate reliance on temporary faculty is undermining the quality, consistency, and long-term development of both teaching and research activities.

The entire RGUKT system, especially at the Srikakulam campus, is struggling to function effectively in the absence of stable leadership and a robust faculty framework.

I humbly request your urgent intervention to:

1. Appoint full-time Directors to all RGUKT campuses, especially Srikakulam.
2. Review and restructure faculty recruitment policies, reducing over-dependence on contract positions.
3. Restore the academic and administrative integrity of RGUKT to ensure quality education and governance.

This is a critical opportunity to rectify long-standing gaps and to strengthen the RGUKT model in line with its original vision of delivering world-class education to rural and underprivileged youth.
