@_thomasevans11 @PackFanInNOVA In the 80s and 90s majority of pitchers in MLB were throwing upper 80s, low 90s, and pitching to contact, ex Maddux, still had the Nolan Ryans, but rare, now 80s, low 90s are rare, upper 90s, touching 100 is what MLB wants. 3 pitch strikeouts instead of 1 pitch groundout
