Teacher salaries should reflect all of the hard work and effort they put into teaching the kids. It isn't always easy to shape the minds of others and (sometimes) not being able to sustain off of teaching alone. #3310TXST

Instruction can be differentiated for diverse learners by using multiple types of intelligence in the lesson to be able to reach more students who think in different ways. Grouping kids who think differently can also make the lesson more thorough. #3310TXST
