The customer service have not been helpful either and always they keep waiting for system update. I have had to contact both airports myself to find out where the luggage is. BHX states it’s was sent on a next flight to CDG and CDG says was not on the flight.Where is my luggage?

It’s day 3 since getting to Paris from Birmingham uk and my checked in luggage did not arrive with me @AirFranceUK @AirFranceKLM it’s the shortest flight I have ever taken and a direct flight at that to have my luggage missing.

I checked in 2 cases yesterday at @bhx_official just to find that @airfrance via @flybe only delivered 1 case to my destination ABV. Where's my other case? Only to be told today not to expect anything until Friday. This is unacceptable!
