@EE I have logged it!! You can’t physically get through to someone who can manage it! I called on 6th Jan and told id get a call back. I’m sick of either being on a chat or waiting for someone to call back. No resolution, just condescending responses on a chat!

On Wednesday last week, our Trust and @ciosicb joined forces to deliver the first ever Spinal Community Appointment Day for our spinal interface waiters. This was a fantastic and innovative day bringing together the skills and knowledge of a variety of agencies.
@DHLParcelUK paid for next day delivery and waiting in all day only to check tracking and see it’s been delayed. No direct contact and not meeting obligations!
