Was just asked to comment on @winnipegtransit fare increases. So I looked at the fare structure. It is set up so that those who are the poorest pay the most. Those who need public transit the most are the least able to afford it. This is fundamentally wrong. #wpgpoli #winnipeg

Bike lanes are DRIVER infrastructure. Without cars there's no need for bike lanes - the whole reason for bike lanes is to protect people from drivers. The cost of bike lanes is part of the cost of driving.
