@HartCouncil why do you charge so much for bulky waste removal compared to other councils?
It will cost me £80 to get you to take 2 single beds away, if I was in Basingstoke it would cost just over £50, or even less because I receive council tax benefit.

@MotabilityOps why does it take so long to get a payment from Motability?
I can transfer money from my account to another instantly but it takes up to 7 days to get a payment from you.
My DLA has stopped while they recalculate my payment so I'm desperately in need of the £100

@WeAreVIVIDhomes please explain how Vivid doesn't do adaptions for disabled residents yet I've been reading reviews and comments and you put in a new wet room for a disabled customers very recently.
I'm can't shower but you won't help me.

It took months for the jobcentre to believe me when I said that I was on low dose chemo to help control my rheumatoid arthritis, they kept insisting I must have cancer, erm, I think I'd know if I did!

This money will help but we need it now, in October.
I'm not able to work due to disability, trust me if I could work I would because the amount I get to live on from DWP is pitiful.

I've spoken to my banks fraud team and PayPal for advice now because I'm not getting any response

I asked for a full refund on there, I was told it had been done and I'd get an email confirming that.
The voucher was £19.99 and they're refunding me £4.99.
Now @wowcher @Wowcher_Support and WhatsApp are all ignoring dms, tweets and messages.

@BootsHelp I've been told by my local Boots they will no longer make my weekly medication up in the 'dosset' boxes for me, I rely on this service because I'm unable to get pills out of the packaging myself due to disability.
Is this something all branches are stopping?
