Every ApeFax cert is a moment-in-time grading.

Score, tier, supporting data. Frozen on chain forever the moment you mint.

When the data changes...new sale, new owner, new flag...the cert doesn’t update. It can’t. It’s immutable.

What you do is mint a new cert. Old cert stays on chain. New cert references the old one.

Yes, there’s a real reason to mint more than one cert on the same asset. Each mint requires you to own the asset at that moment. (You’ll learn more about why as we release more of our roadmap).

Don’t own it? You can still diligence any token, any time, for (redacted). 7-day view access. No mint.

Those that mint get over time will see and collect their asset’s cert chain as grows. Each cert is a permanent timestamped diligence grading.

A BAYC that mints as Legendary today might mint as Common a year from now if its wallet history degrades. Sale at a suspicious price. Transfer to a flagged wallet. Long inactive period.

The Legendary cert from today stays Legendary forever. It will say Legendary in its metadata until the end of time.

It will trade on OpenSea as a Legendary.

But the next cert? Could be anything.
Same NFT. Different certs. Different stories on chain. Forever.

A Legendary cert might be the only Legendary that token ever produces. If the score drops in 2027 and never recovers, that July 2026 Legendary becomes unique across time itself.
Hunting peak-performance certs becomes a real collecting strategy.

So does collecting the full tier diversity of a single token across its history.

Years from now, a future buyer can trace the full grading history. Not just sales. Every flag that emerged. Every clean run. The full provenance record.

PSA cards stay frozen forever.

Your NFT’s grading evolves with the data and every version of it is queryable on chain.

This is what we mean by on-chain diligence.
