I never go to Twitter to report things but the way myself and others were treated today is unacceptable. That's not the way to do business with your customers @UPS
@UPS I just had an awful experience at your distribution center in Round Rock at 33 Roundville Ln. Mark, in the Customer Service building was extremely difficult & rude. There are currently folks standing outside still waiting on their packages because he kicked us out at 7pm.
Something needs to be done about the customer service at the Round Rock Center- 33 Roundville Ln, Round Rock, TX 78664. Additionally, something needs to be done overall with the delivery services from UPS.
He was extremely unhelpful. Every one of us called beforehand to track down our packages that had not been delivered, due to UPS. We were told to go to the distribution center to pick up our own packages....and we're met with more frustration and rudeness.
@Danimals_US Why do your yogurt POUCHES only come in packs of 4 (or 8 so I've heard but haven't found an 8 pack). Our son loves them but we can't find a pack in bulk to stay consistently stocked. #HelpAMamaOut
Today on #WCDHT, we have the honor of listening to Dr. Yaba Blay with openness, humility, groundedness, curiosity & love. May this conversation be: A comfort to those who need it. And a challenge to those who need it.
I love you, @yabablay.

Can we stop saying children are resilient? It’s not resilience, we’re just forcing them to deal with difficult things and they deal with it because they have no power and no choice in the matter.
It’s a pandemic people!
✅ Students deserve grace
✅ Families deserve grace
✅ Parents deserve grace
✅ Teachers deserve grace
✅ Leaders deserve grace
It’s not the time for accountability, perfectionism, playing I gotcha, or one size fits all.
We all deserve grace!
John Lewis asked The NYT to publish this on the day of his funeral. It is necessary reading. He writes, “When you see something that is not right, you must say something ... Democracy is not a state. It is an act, and each generation must do its part.” https://t.co/gNWQDpeAZt
"We need to stop using the term "filling gaps" because it's deficit-based. Rather, we should look for "on ramps" into the curriculum where we can build on what students already know and can do." @mathminds at #NCTMLC
"You can't train your way out of structural racism!" @terrancelgreen always brings the truth y'all. @RoundRockISD Equity Now is kicking off right this morning!
Happy to be on the panel tonight with @EducatorsRoom for the next episode of their anti-racist series: Going from Non-Racist to Anti-Racist, Changing the Hearts of Resistant Teachers. Register here to watch: https://t.co/pWYbvUvLsc
