Great new SR/MA by @AvanderMade at a time when I feel we are may be at the point of no return when it comes to “muscle-tendon” injuries in football.
Not all “tendon” injuries are BAD but it’s rife amongst clincians and we’ve dragged coaches and players into believing this too!

@Elevate_Rehab_ I agree with a lot of what you are saying Alan. Although I’m not fully convinced we can change how an athlete moves in a chaotic environment such as field sports. The higher level an athlete is the more I find they get injured where they are stronger not weaker.
Happy to contribute to #BASEMconf23 by presenting some work from @UPMCinIreland looking at intramuscular tendon injury & outcomes of arthroscopy in patients with FAI & dysplasia @basem_uk
@brettboettcher1 You’re not even scratching the surface as to what causes back pain. The research suggests it’s more complex than you make it out to be but you probably don’t want to talk about that.

@DrJN_SportsMed Hi James, out of interest how did C-spine ROM testing +\- combo compare with scarf test in terms of producing the familiar pain? How clear was it that the ACJ was the driver?
