@vnash3 Make nowhere close to that and unionized nurses would never ask for that if the government hadnt set the precedent. Governments have created bad precedents and will vilify nurses when they ask for anything in the next round of negotiations when gov started this trend.

The convention is informal democratic principle that dissuades outgoing governments making consequential decisions during the period between election and the next government

@bubbaluce @Ken_Campbell27 @tim_micallef they provide coaching & official standardization and education programs, negotiate insurance they share money to Provincial associations from big tournaments. A lot of the stuff they do is indirect. I can understand how you feel though. It may not be a lot, but it’s not zero.

@kvalanne Couldn’t agree more. Another miss calculated piece of the puzzle is learning to learn. I spent the first 20 years of my life thinking memorizing was learning. It wasn’t until I hit the libraries in university that I realized I didn’t know how to learn and had to teach myself.
