I had recently tried to book a flight on @goibibo. The money got debited but my ticket wasn't confirmed. Its been 9 days & I haven't received a refund @goibibo customer care is so unhelpful.

Update:
My issue is still not resolved its been months now.
I have constantly mailed. I have still not received my hard earned money.
These big corporates just exploit middle-class people.
Adding government to kindly take action & note: @GoibiboSupport @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI

@GoibiboSupport I have already shared multiple mails and documents. I have called multiple times and all the team does is raise new cases. Please check the details I have sent in your DM and issue refund asap. This is pure harassment.
