@AskVirginMoney Hi, I’ve just set up an ISA with you (first account with yourselves) am I able to use the virgin money app for this or would this only be on a browser?
It asks for a 10 digit customer ID, but for my ISA account the ID is shorter than this ?

@bt_uk hi I cancelled my package on the 17th of Jan & had the cancellation email through stating it would stop on the 3rd of Feb & the cancellation charge. My online account still tells me I’ll get a new bill and my direct debit will be taken end of Feb, is this right?
