I would also want the surgeon who agreed to do it stopped from removing people's hands.

The advert you posted is unethical because it doesn't mention this. Elective plastic surgery should only be carried out on mentally well people.

In the UK the Gender Recognition Act doesn't apply to hereditary peerages. Almost as if you can identify when where people might claim to be female or male for gain.
