You people are really stressed by small small work colleagues
What revolution could you possibly be a part of? Gettin bullied by a 52 yr old co-worker smh. Beat that granny up man. Bite her arm and pull the meat
If you are a public servant in charge of a public institution or a school or a department or a Chief Officer,
- Be very careful.
As the economy shrinks and citizens get angrier, politicians will sacrifice you to save themselves.
You will be sacked & wrongfully prosecuted.
By the time you are pardoned,
Your career & future will go down the drain and your family will be struggling in destitution.
So,
- Document every financial transaction.
- Acquaint yourself with the Public Finance Act.
- Do not befriend politicians.
- Live a modest lifestyle. Do not upgrade, this is not the time.
- Stay away from the tendering process. Let the committee handle it.
- Stick to the departmental budget. If an activity is not in the budget, do not fund it.
Also, you can choose to remain an ordinary civil servant and focus on yourself.
Do your duty and go home. Your family needs you more.
The problem with Kenyans is that we know the truth about so many things but we keep pretending we don't and still hope things work out. We know this new University system will collapse our Education. We know this. But we pretend. Just like we know the Housing project is a scam.
