I think one of the healthiest things a person can do is become easy to delight. To still stop for weird clouds and dogs wearing bandanas and the smell of garlic cooking somewhere down the street. The world already has enough cynicism. Be the person who still points at the moon.
A quick snooze might be just the thing to get you out of that afternoon slump. For most of us, a 20-30 minute nap improves mood and boosts energy without interfering with nighttime sleep.

The real purpose of wealth is freedom. Freedom to slow down. Freedom to not rush through your own life. Freedom to spend your days doing things that you actually care about. That’s what money is really for. Not to impress strangers. Not to collect expensive distractions. But to buy back your time. A quiet breakfast without checking emails. Long dinners without looking at the clock. Conversations without feeling rushed. A two-week vacation where your nervous system finally relaxes. Time to read. To think. To explore your interests deeply. That’s real wealth. Everything else is noise.

What a privilege it is to afford a gym, buy healthy food, pay bills, have legs that walk, eyes that see, a brain that functions, work every day, and take our bodies to their full potential.
"The older I get, the more I realize happiness is quiet mornings, a clean space, early nights, a safe home, and people who don’t drain my energy.” ~Unknown
