@bhx_official why does it take soooo long to get through security and then further delays waiting for baggage handlers to load the plane? 11.20 @easyJet flight to Geneva, now 40mins plus delay and they’re still loading luggage. Get a grip. Customer experience as poor as ever 👎

@AvantiWestCoast Nothing, not even ‘at seat order’ which means walking through 6 carriages to the shop. Covid risk 🤷‍♂️. Just so poor. Have emailed Avanti via website to find out how to get a partial refund but auto response says may take up to 4 weeks to respond. You must be kidding right?

@AvantiWestCoast why oh why is there no breakfast or even drink option again in first class on peak 7.10am from Birmingham to Euston? Cannot charge £132 for no service. Apologies are not good enough just run your business properly 😡
