@virginmedia 1st day of joining virgin media and my bill is wrong (I contract for 1 price and you bill me another) call up, you try and help but it's a contract, there is no help, then your line drops! I'm within my 14 days to cancel ... is this how bad your customer service is?

@TfL a joke of a service today! The Elizabeth Line has major delays, change at Whitechapel for Hammersmith, wait 10 mins for that train to then be changed to a District Line last minute??? What's going on? How do I get money back for this 1hour plus delay??

@PetsatHome is it normal for your staff to put someone else's VIP card onto your purchase when you've said you don't have one? I do have a VIP card, not with me, but now someone else is benefiting from my purchase! Bit naughty...

@TfL why is the Elizabeth Line such a mess ... 8.04 from GP leaves at 8.11, it's an OLD train not the new ones and now stuck at Stratford for over 10 mins with no communications from anyone ...

@Ocado 1 of your drivers nearly took my car out at Gallows Corner roundabout (A12) with my wife and 3 year old. He was in the left lane (incorrect lane) going round the roundabout hence nearly taking me out. No reg but it was 20:36 I'm sure you GPS track ... Please look into it!

@FedExHelpEU can someone help me please, I've tried to speak to your call centre twice both times on hold over 20 mins and then calls dropped! You left my package as a collection store but never sent me the barcode now I can't get the package!
