Delay repay processss. To get a refund on two tickets for a cancelled train I have to print out e-tickets so

@networkrail@GNRailUK@nationalrailenq Hi why do you need a DM and details to answer why your staff routinely don’t prevent non folding bikes getting on trains at King’s Cross?
@GNRailUK I get that delays etc are outside of your control but when you know there are cancellations and trains will be overcrowded why aren’t your/ @nationalrailenq staff more vigilant stopping passengers with bikes getting on services they shouldn’t be on and taking space?

@nationalrailenq@GNRailUK Apologies, naively thought you’d have an interest in ensuring trains run effectively? @GNRailUK this is clearly on you then-why not ensure non folding bikes aren’t on your trains when they shouldn’t be?
