Over the last 20 months, we've seen public health practices that deliberately discriminate, divide, shame, stigmatize and impoverish - these are not the public health principles I learned and I can no longer recognize the practice I studied and based a career in.

i worry that the focus of opposition parties seems to be shifting from 'remove all federal vaccine mandates, including travel & employee mandates', to a focus only on trucker mandates. yes trucker mandates should absolutely end, but so must all meaningless federal vax mandates.

@mphanon1 @josh_greenberg @RosieBarton Exactly. I, for example, will never get a vaccine that is mandated. The only way there would be a possibility that I get it is if there are no passports mandates and government imposed restrictions.

@RosieBarton If vaccine mandates are removed now, fully vaccinated people like me will not go to restaurants, cinemas, concert halls or get on a plane. How will the economy handle that? We all want them removed at an appropriate time but I won’t risk getting infected now.

"global consensus." actually, the evidence on transmission says *everyone* can travel without restrictions, not just the "fully vaccinated"
