$SIVE is increasingly embedded in the hardware supply chain of the defense-tech unicorn Anduril Industries, primarily facilitated through advanced ecosystem partners.
The core link between $SIVE and @anduriltech is orchestrated by Arena Physica, a deep-tech company focused on electromagnetic artificial intelligence.
Arena Physica creates specialized AI models that simulate and optimize the laws of electromagnetism.
In its official operational thesis, the company actively leverages hardware and semiconductor components from industry leaders, explicitly naming $SIVE alongside $AMD and Anduril Industries as key pillars of its deep-tech integration architecture.
Through this pipeline, the ultra-advanced Millimeter-Wave (mmWave) Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits (RFICs) designed by $SIVE are integrated into complex AI-optimized hardware frameworks, which subsequently find application within Anduril's autonomous military systems.
Anduril's market disruption is driven by software-first, AI-driven defense assets. However, these software platforms require highly reliable, high-performance physical hardware to function in contested environments.
$SIVE provides the exact hardware capabilities required to power these systems:
Data Throughput for Lattice OS:
Anduril’s proprietary operating system, Lattice, functions as an AI-powered command-and-control platform that aggregates data from thousands of distributed battlefield sensors.
$SIVE mmWave chips, operating at exceptionally high frequencies, offer the massive bandwidth and ultra-low latency necessary to transmit this intense data volume securely and in real time.
Size, Weight, and Power (SWaP) Optimization:
In modern electronic warfare and counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS), reducing hardware footprints is critical.
$SIVE highly integrated beamforming ICs allow Anduril’s autonomous surveillance towers and low-cost interceptor drones, such as the Anvil system, to utilize compact radar and communication payloads without sacrificing signal power or range.
For $SIVE this indirect relationship acts as an operational multiplier.
By cementing its technology within the foundational hardware architecture utilized by Anduril, $SIVE stands to benefit from Anduril’s rapid, multi-billion-dollar expansion within the US Department of Defense.
This commercial trajectory complements $SIVE direct US defense footprint, which includes funding via the CHIPS Act for electronic warfare projects alongside prime contractors like @BAESystemsInc.
Potential of $SIVE doing 25x from current market cap of 3 billion as per @aleabitoreddit
I will be very happy even if $SIVE goes 10x from current price.
All in on $SIVE
@aletir99 When has US investors ever cared about what people in Sweden think?
I still think $SIVE has the potential to be the next $75B $LITE if they follow the same M&A route after NASDAQ Listing.
$SIVE is the next SIVE.
Don’t think you’ll find another company.
That’s qualified and likely primary/sole source with:
- $JBL and other pluggable hyperscaler suppliers
- Ayar and the $NVDA NVLink CPO ecosystems
While being the foundational reference laser for $GFS and pluggable/CPO/NPO deployments.
That hyperscalers like $AMD and others use, at current valuations.
Even $POET buys $SIVE lasers and Poet is about the same valuation just off having one $50m purchase agreement.
Amount of hyperscaler suppliers for 2027 into 2028 is just ridiculous.
From the general meeting today in a few hours, we’ll hopefully see NASDAQ listing timelines confirmed.
So they can have room for M&A to TAM expansion and to make each laser they sell more valuable.
Following what $LITE did to grow into a $75B company.
Let me speculate a bit on $SIVE
Based on my own assumptions, I’m going to map out a timeline for $SIVE
We are seeing upcoming catalysts and growing expectations:
- Ayar Labs integrating into the $NVDA ecosystem
- Partnership with $GFS
- Dual listing on the Nasdaq
But recently, we've also been seeing actual order confirmations
Even if these aren't in the photonics segment, they are hitting their other business units
This cleans up their financials and gives them the breathing room to smoothly develop the photonics and CPO branch
What I expect next:
Short-term: I see a strong rally through the rest of the month up to 150 SEK
Driven by a shift in macro market sentiment and capital inflows returning after the migration to $SPCX
Consolidation: After that, I expect a consolidation phase in the 150 SEK range, similar to what we are seeing right now
Summer Catalysts: More catalysts will keep rolling in throughout the summer, moving the price into the 200-250 SEK range
Post-Summer & Looking into 2027:
After the summer, I firmly believe the first orders from the photonics branch will start coming in
Nothing crazy, but they will serve as massive validation, alongside the upcoming quarterly results
For those quarters, I expect growth to surpass the 77% surge we saw in Q1
This should move us into the 300-400 SEK range
As we approach the end of 2026, we'll be right on the doorstep of CPO starting to show tangible results by early 2027
Larger photonics orders will kick in, and the second mega rally for $SIVE will begin
I foresee more catalysts dropping
While institutional investors finish locking down a massive piece of the pie
I see $SIVE wrapping up the year in the 500-700 SEK range
From there, the rally will continue into numbers I won't even try to guess
This timeline is based on recent developments, the company's execution, and price action
It is pure speculation on my part, but keeping it realistic
If the current catalysts start solidifying
Ultra bullish on $SIVE
JP Morgan 5% threshold FI flagging notice for $SIVE.
Has anyone identified the holder behind this filing?
Could be:
• Institution
• Family office
• High-net-worth/private investor/retial
Before jumping to conclusions, it's worth understanding who actually triggered the flag.
Anyone looked through the details yet?

@Albert_TheVoid@avanzabank@NordnetSE Count of shareholders dont matter. Its the amount of shares owned by swedish retail. Do you know how much % owned by swedish retail v/s non-swedish retail from march 26 onwards.
I’m confident in my $SIVE thesis playing out and am not selling a single share.
I tried to tell Swedish locals back at 6 SEK how compelling their frontier company was but they all transferred their shares to US retail since they couldn’t understand the concept of forward growth.
If US retail want to follow disinformation about a wireless director selling shares like any normal employee would, 3 months ago, back to institutions.
At the inflection of CPO/pluggable ramp… They’re free to as well.
I’m just trying to combat disinformation by sharing all the nuances.
@aleabitoreddit@MikeBaumgart1 If Jabil or Global foundry decides to buy stake in $SIVE then it will be super bullish. Do we know which other major player(s) can potentially acquire stake in $SIVE ? If they do acquire stake then i can see price touching 250-300 SEK in no time.
$SIVE shareholders: Don't lend your shares & don't make it easy for shorts.
If your shares are held at IBKR and enrolled in the Stock Yield Enhancement Program, they may be available for borrowing by short sellers.
To prevent lending:
IBKR → Settings → Stock Yield Enhancement Program → Opt Out
Every share unavailable to borrow reduces supply for shorts.

Well well well. What do we have here.
Karin Raj, CTO of Nokia Europe, was just re-elected to the Board of Directors of $SIVE Sivers Semiconductors for a third term. Third term. She keeps coming back.
At the same time, look at what Sivers just disclosed in their latest investor presentation.
Fixed Wireless Access products are growing, with two live engagements:
Tachyon Networks -- $3M production order for their 28GHz product shipping in 2026, plus a brand new $1.5M contract for 60GHz product development. Two stacking contracts, two frequency bands, same partner.
A Tier-1 Telecom Vendor
- who’s identity might be impossible to infer - is currently in advanced systems integration and trials phase. Product release targeted for end of 2026. Sivers revenue contribution starting 2027.
A Tier-1 Telecom Vendor.
Now I am not saying anything. I am just saying that the CTO of Nokia Europe sits on the board of a company that just disclosed a Tier-1 Telecom Vendor engagement expanding from 28GHz to 60GHz FWA.
Nokia is the world's largest telecom equipment company. Nokia has a massive 5G Fixed Wireless Access product line. Nokia's European CTO has now chosen to be on this board three times.
You connect the dots.
$SIVE is not just a photonics and InP laser story. The Wireless segment is building its own multi-year revenue line quietly in the background while everyone watches the CPO thesis.
Two segments. Two catalysts. One stock.
Bullish $SIVE.
I think $SIVE should just become a full American company, and use NASDAQ listing as the first step.
> US cap table / large ownership + US CHIPS act support already
> larger valuation premiums + M&A opportunities.
> local Swedish media blatant disinformation from underwater short sellers, isn’t helpful for AI photonics growth
> lot of more funding opportunities + support from US institutions / funds / indexes
By preserving EU efforts under a subsidiary and having a US parent company.
This helps Sivers become a major US optical player, not just a Swedish semi trying to explain itself to local markets that doesn’t understand.
I do think management sees a path forward for $SIVE to become the next dominant US photonics giant like $LITE.
I’m not selling a single share of $SIVE.
I personally think it’s a once-a-generation long given how many hyperscaler suppliers they’re already in.
Coupled with GS extreme TAM expansion projections for both pluggables and CPO in the next 2 years.
If you didn’t read the $JBL fireside transcript by now validating demand/timeline.
Or the fact Ayar removed Lumentum and Macom from their website as laser suppliers validating moat.
Or literal CHIPS ACT funding validating technological importance.
Or that management is literally doing everything right in my view, with NASDAQ listing into M&A focus, validating forward growth vision.
Upside is just way too compelling at current valuations.
Institutions have barely entered yet as well… and we’re about to see tens of millions of passive, long term new inflow next month from Nasdaq, Blackrock, MSCI indexes.
