This weekend in Oklahoma, we helped dozens take control of their health one finger prick, one BP check, one real conversation at a time. Thanks to @AmbetterHealth for powering this community health fair. Together, we’re closing care gaps where it matters most.

Most “noncompliant” patients aren’t defiant. They’re blocked.
80% of chronic disease patients drop out of care because of barriers not willpower.

@sama Funny thing is, drowning timelines in LLM chatter makes real human voices harder to hear. If AI doesn’t stay grounded in human stakes trust, access, care we’re not avoiding the ‘dead internet theory,’ we’re building it.
Most patient outreach programs fail.
Why?
Wrong channels, manual calls, and generic messages.
The result: low completion, high burnout, missed revenue. 🧵
Here’s how to design outreach that protects staff and pays for itself 👇

In tomorrow’s clinic, your doctor won’t ask, “How have you been since last year?” They’ll say, “I noticed your blood pressure crept up last week. Let’s address it now, before it becomes a problem.” https://t.co/quuMziHqye
@JvShah124 Wild to see how many “game-changing” products end up as cautionary tales.
The line between innovation and failure is razor thin
timing, execution, and adoption matter as much as the tech itself.
Q: which of today’s hyped products will land on this list in 10 yrs

@robgo I agree with you. Many so called pre seed investors are actually Series A investors disguised as pre seed. At pre seed you're still figuring things out and many times they ask you Series A questions.
@MrLCMorris @MarioNawfal Contrary to what you've been fed, Canada does not bring in drugs into the US like you've been told. The problem is far greater in Mexico and China. We don't have people strung out on our streets selling a stolen TV to get a hit. As a long standing partner question is why
@CFifeKW @DrJudithGlennie You actually can't. No consideration re the schools, healthcare, and other infrastructure that needs to be built to support an additional 1 million people. Building houses is the least of the problem. All too often our government only tries to solve part of the problem.
