@darthdevi We invested in one during Covid and still continue to use it, on weekends etc. Two tips : If you don’t have a big family, get a counter top one (your back will thank you); use it at least once a month for utensils with small apertures (tea strainers, graters) They come out new!

@RoadsOfMumbai Not a new concept , has been around in business forever. Have a senior tranche for debt , and then go back and raise mezz type equity financing loan at the parent /hold Co level. Any bank that can account for such risk at retail level, can theoretically do this.
