This morning we made bracelets that we can use/remind us about our 5 finger breathing technique if we’re feeling anxious, sad, or need a little pick me up. We can rub one bead while breathing in & out & repeat that 5 times to help calm ourselves. #mentalhealth #grade1

‼️OUR CHAIRS WENT ON STRIKE THIS MORNING! ‼️ 🪑🪑Students had to write them a letter persuading them to come back using all the strategies we’ve learned this unit. Turns out after a whole block without them, we really missed them! @StAnneOCSB
