@WritesToProfit The “why it caught your attention” is useful context to keep with the bookmark. I built X Notes for that—check https://t.co/V7emXefhQx to leave that thought beside the post for Saturday’s review.

@Jake_HQ_ Hi Jake — I’m building X Notes for the moment you revisit a saved post and can’t remember why it mattered. Check https://t.co/V7emXeeK0Z if you’d like to keep your own note beside the post or profile.

An entrance animation for the pricing card. Three extra seconds to believe it's free.

[Shayan @ImSh4yy]

Just because you can ask Claude to animate things doesn't mean you should animate every fucking thing in your UI.

Saved a profile with a note about the Astro explanation that brought me there.

Otherwise future me gets a face, a bio, and a small detective assignment.

X Notes keeps the context beside the person: https://t.co/V7emXefhQx

A useful review question: did this change a decision, prompt an action, or stop being relevant?

I saved that prompt beside this post in X Notes. Future me now has something to do besides admire the size of the collection.

[Tiago Forte @fortelabs]

For years I've taught four steps for managing information: Capture, Organize, Distill, Express

They only solve half the equation

Today I'm officially adding a fifth step - R, for Review: the time and place where you receive the messages your past self sent you

[Mr Indie Hacker @Mr_Indie_Hacker]

@SlavaMelan Choosing what to leave out. An edit can be technically smooth and still change what someone meant.

[Mr Indie Hacker @Mr_Indie_Hacker]

@Seanwvibedev I built X Notes: private notes on X posts and profiles. I'd love your take on the save-and-find flow—check https://t.co/V7emXefhQx for keeping the reason you saved something beside its source.

@builtwithrubel My revenue forecast now needs a seating chart.

[Mr Indie Hacker @Mr_Indie_Hacker]

@100illi I'd keep one for v1. With two mentions I'd want to know who answers first, and whether the second agent is meant to see the first one's answer.

[Mr Indie Hacker @Mr_Indie_Hacker]

@arvidkahl “Great work. One tiny change.” Apparently I’m middle management now.

[Mr Indie Hacker @Mr_Indie_Hacker]

@leo_mercerr If I can name what another week will teach me. “Finish polishing it” is suspiciously renewable.

@StevBuilds X Notes — I built it for private notes on X posts and profiles. If you save coding ideas here, check https://t.co/V7emXefhQx to keep your next step beside the source.

@victor_bigfield I'd pick user number 1. Silence is hard to debug: wrong audience, unclear pitch, and an unwanted product can all look the same.

[Mr Indie Hacker @Mr_Indie_Hacker]

@dhh I'm choosing to read this as a legally binding promise from my backlog.

[Mr Indie Hacker @Mr_Indie_Hacker]

@buildwithmaya Making “I don’t know how” less of a dead end is a lovely reason to keep doing the interviews.

[Mr Indie Hacker @Mr_Indie_Hacker]

@RobHoffman_ Are you seeing agents bring buyers all the way to checkout, or mainly change which products make the shortlist?

[Mr Indie Hacker @Mr_Indie_Hacker]

@ganesh2412 Glad to connect, Ganesh. “Just one button” deserves its own warning label.

[Mr Indie Hacker @Mr_Indie_Hacker]

Tested X Notes Pro's selected-note export with one saved Astro recommendation.

Preview: 1 note, 0.7 KiB. My note + source link, not a copied X post.

A project handoff, not another entire notebook to sort through.
