@YoungsPubs@weyside today your beer delivery lorry was parked blocking a lane of the main road, causing a traffic jam over 1/2 mile long. It’s selfish and negatively impacts your local community. I know access isn’t great to the pub, but some thought on mitigation would be nice.
@YoungsPubs Could you be more considerate with deliveries and contractor parking at @weyside and not block the footpath/cycle lane and road? During the recent garden refurb, every day contractors vans were parked over the pavement/cycle lane making users walk in the road 1/2
@TalkTalk can you explain why it’s taken 14 days and you’ve still not sent the replacement router required to get our internet working again? Every time I speak to your help centre they just lie to
me on the status of resolving this.

@SW_Help And as usual no response will happen. I’m raising a compliant with you, why don’t you have the ability to help? It’s like you are determined to make it obstructive for your customers to raise issues with you. Do you have not desire to improve as a company?
@SW_Help I don’t want an apology. I want you to address this specific with the station staff responsible. They could have helped your customers this morning, but chose not too. Why have you not acknowledged this, nor let me, your customer know what you will do to address?
@SW_Help Woeful customer service at Guildford this morning. 08.15 service to Wat severely delayed, staff could have directed customer into the 8.20 & change at Wok for a fast train. But scale of delay not announced until after 8.20 left. Opposite of helpful.
