@lululemonUK I’m struggling to get a straight answer on this. Bought an item from your concession in Selfridges. It came with 2 receipts. One says 30 days return, other says 14 days @Selfridges have failed to give me an answer or managed to connect me to a member of your team.

@OctopusEnergy Perhaps in the last year but now you’re making sure that you claw that back, your daily tracker rates are not representative of wholesale prices, they are currently higher than all fixed tariff rates.

Hi @OctopusEnergy I just called to clarify the process re switching to another provider as my tracker tariff is no longer competitive. I expected the person to at least ask 1 question about how they may be able to keep me but they didn’t not so cheerio.

@ThaiAirways how are you justifying charging $200 per person as an admin fee plus to amend a flight booked 6 months in advance? Very poor, family of 4 need to make a change to our return flight but can’t afford to now.

Hello @airfrance i'm flying from London to Munich via Paris next week. Vaccinated adults don't need a test to enter Germany but do I need one for transit in France??
