Similarly overall nursing numbers have risen by 8,800 but mental health nurses fell by 4400 since 2010.

It’s not 40.
38 hospital sites have allocated funding for 2025-2030 to plan projects.
They aren’t being “built”. At least no funds are allocated as yet.

They aren’t “new”. Most are upgrades.

They aren’t entire hospitals. Most are wards/building additions.
