@British_Airways Thanks for your advice. I did indeed respond to the customer services team, and have done so on more than one occasion and I have still not been contacted and have no resolution.
@British_Airways whats the response SLA for complaints/claims relating to damaged baggage and missing items? Circa 2 months since a complaint and claim was submitted, Iβm left in limbo. Your website sends me in circles when trying to find a contact number to speak to a rep! #BA
@British_Airways I appreciate customer relations are busy, but after 2 mths of waiting, iβve supplied receipts, pictures and list of damaged and missing items, and all Iβve received back is an offer of Β£75.00 e-voucher saying sorry. No response on the damaged or missing items. Iβm lost π€·π½ββοΈ
@SkySportsPL@SkySports Shocking decision! Even worse is that the ref didnt go back and give a foul! He had seen the foul as he signalled he was giving advantage in the build up when moura went down!

@RevolutApp as a new customer i have to say your customer service is terrible. Trying to track a money transfer that should have reached my account, and provided the wire confirmation details, but the response time is terrible and still not found.
@British_Airways How long is acceptable to wait for a reply to a complaint? I still havent had a response from @British_Airways after my delayed bags completely ruined my trip. As a BA member i thought members are supposed to receive good customer service. Itβs been nearly 6 weeks!!

@British_Airways Unfortunately the delays plus baggage delays cost me 2 hrs. Yet another poor trip with BA. Appreciate the message but why should i fly BA again after last two flights?
@TeamKnowhowUK great job with repairing the TV! Easy service, thumbs up! On the flip side @LGUK your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not impressed with you at all.

@BobbyBelcher@LGUK Not the point. I expect the tv to last longer than two and a bit years before i have to spend more on it to fix. I have a great 42inch @Samsung plasma thats lasted me for 10 years... with no problems. Is this what @LGUK products are like?
