Hi @Uber @Uber_Support My Uber driver account has been inactive for over 25 days. I was previously driving Uber Eats and applied to upgrade to UberX. My account was deactivated so I could upload documents, all required documents were submitted, yet I’m still unable to go online.

I’ve contacted support multiple times but only receive scripted responses with no resolution. This delay is affecting my ability to work.
