When I was still working at the Monitor, Andrew Mwenda called Justice Steven Kavuma, then serving as State Minister for Defense, for a comment after a plane crashed and killed Jet Mwebaze.

When Kavuma realized he had no answers to Mwenda’s questions, he said: “The number you have called is temporarily out of service”.
