Working on throwing tonight. Overhead view shows the path of the transfer & direction of footwork/body. Great instant feedback for the guys

Working with different weighed baseballs. The focus is you must control the ball no matter the weight.

[Trent Mongero @CoachMongero]

If you leak or are unable to control your front side, try angled front toss. 🏆⚾️🔥 What’s your go to hitting drill these days? #dirtbrosbaseball #wearredclay #winningbaseball

Day 1 of 2019 is an early start as we kick off our #EagleOlympics. Our first event was a mile run with Trenton Breeden bringing home the chain #chaingang

[The Catching Guy @TheCatchingGuy]

Between innings side view of @tonywolters. Great example of “feeding the hand” during exchange. Let ball come to you (notice bend in mitt arm elbow) & immediately turn mitt so ball “shoots” into throwing hand that is open & right over the pocket. Quick & clean! #thelifeofacatcher

[Bridgewater Eagles @BCAthletics]

The @BwaterBaseball team has announced its opponents for its Spring Break Trip to Florida, March 3-7. The Eagles will play a doubleheader vs. Widener and single games with Trine, Ohio Northern, Grove City and John Carroll. #bleedcrimson #goforgold

College coaches @abca repeatedly saying they need to keep up w/ new tech and modalities. Recruits are balking @ schools that don’t have @DrivelineBB @rapsodo et al. Kids are smarter & want tools to be better. Old school, rub dirt on it, do it my way guy is fading. Adapt or die.

[Chris King @mrcoachking]

Huge thanks to @Catch_and_Throw for sitting down with me and talking catching today. BC Baseball WILL be strong behind the plate this year and WILL get strikes that others don’t #hallofframer #differencemaker #earnit #ABCA2019

TAKE WITH INTENT. So much can be learned from the way hitters take pitches. Were they ready to attack EVERY pitch? We want our hitters to have their "foot on the gas" with a "pedal to the metal" mentality. If the pitch is a take, then they "hit the brakes." @IHSBCA1 #ihsbca19
