Mum - “I don’t want an emergency ambulance”
111 - “it won’t be an emergency ambulance…”

Since when have 111 had access to non emergency ambulances? 🤦‍♂️

Embarassing as it is, four years in the ambulance service and only today I learned that I just needed to twist click my stethoscope in order to change between the bell and the diaphragm

Anyone have similar stories of #TodayILearned.. Ambulance Service edition...?
