@plrsTweet@premierbhiggs On behalf of extreme introverts, I object. He may not be able to relate to anyone else, but it has nothing to do with his introvertedness. It’s because he’s… well, him.
I love what I do, but I can’t see how I can continue to be effective with this program. I’m tired of innovating over the last several years. But it’s not even about me. It’s about the disservice this does for our students.
Well @thewrightpage@InfoAMSJ Grade 1 English teacher here… I don’t know how I can teach kids to read and do math in half the time. We currently have exploration time during the day, but that time is used to build Lit/Numeracy skills while learning other subjects.
Would love to have attended live in Winnipeg, but glad to have had the opportunity online to see @Puglaas speak on her new book, True Reconciliation. Can’t wait to read her thoughts!
@DelaneyKirk Charlie is having a slight flare up of his autoimmune disease, that ironically enough, my wife also had, as does her father. Three generations of ITP in the family. He’s doing ok though, just needs daily meds for now.
@DelaneyKirk So sweet of him! I have been extremely lucky to have had a nearly symptom free time of COVID. Qualifying for Paxlovid helped tremendously. We’re doing ok.
