@interesting_aIl Definitely a lie or fabricated. Ive never met a single person who said they would go without the Internet and want a curfew. Definitely some agenda here for control
@DeepHumor It’s just straight up a propaganda, they are using teens as a way to push mass surveillance bills, they did it to one which made it seem like they actually interviewed with someone, but when I look at it, all I see is 15-18 year old girls on the picture.
@Marsmite@endermanch But they’re not made by the creator of Task Manager. So it’s definitely very special than the other task managers because it doesn’t have Dave Plummer all over it.
@endermanch I have doubts that Microsoft "gave" permission for them to use the XP sauce code.
And paying a "Pro" subscription for a simple process management app is wild. 😭
Also one more thing, the app looks ugly and in true Windows fashion, inconsistent with the macOS design.
@davepl1968 Fuck you dave (glad i don't follow u) if u can build it & r not willing to share, then why share that u built it, : abv_bay_yanlis_8647
Remember how I said Dave Plummer might grift again? The TMOG is closed-source and *will* have a Pro version - it's baked in the license.
Wonder why? The app is fully vibecoded (not even by Claude) and Plummer is NOT LIABLE for anything despite the paid nature of software.
The Windows Insider Experimental Channel will soon get an EKB build number bump to build 26340.xxxx.
Exp build .9032 already comes with "Ge-26340" versioning packages (not the proper KB5122776 EKB) in C:\Windows\servicing\Packages.
